Safety Jacket Provided: Every participant will be equipped with a safety jacket to ensure their protection on the water.
Instructor
Guidance: Our experienced instructor will accompany you on the jet ski, guiding you along the designated route and ensuring your safety throughout the experience.
Comprehensive Safety Briefing: Before you begin, our instructor will conduct a thorough safety briefing, covering all essential safety measures.
Jet Ski Operation Training: The instructor will provide detailed instructions on how to operate the jet ski, ensuring you feel confident and prepared before setting off.
The minimum age for jet ski riding is 16 years; however, passengers aged 6 years and older can ride as passengers.
Customers are required to bring their original passport and Emirates ID.
Travellers with the following health conditions are not permitted:
– Pregnant women
– Individuals with heart conditions not cleared by their doctor
– Individuals with back issues are advised not to ride a jet ski
– Fill out the booking form with all the required information.

Terms and Conditions for Xtreme Water Sports
1. Introduction
By booking any service or activity through Xtreme Water Sports, you agree to the following
terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, and your participation in any of our
activities indicates your full acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United
Arab Emirates (UAE), and any legal claims or disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the
UAE courts.
2. Reservations and Bookings
● Eligibility: You may book our services as an individual or a group. All bookings are
subject to availability.
● Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your
reservation. We offer multiple payment options, including cash payments, online link
payments, and bank transfers.
● Non-transferability & Non-refundable Bookings: Reservations are non-transferable
and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of:
○ Severe weather conditions
○ Operational issues (e.g., mechanical failure or safety concerns)
● You may cancel your booking more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity to
receive a full refund. Refund requests made within 24 hours of the activity date will not
be eligible for a refund.
● Cancellations and Rescheduling: Xtreme Water Sports reserves the right to cancel or
reschedule your booking due to weather conditions or operational requirements. In the
event of a cancellation or reschedule, you will be notified as soon as possible and
offered alternative dates or a refund.
● Arrival Time: It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your
scheduled activity. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without a refund.
3. Physical Conditions and Assumption of Risk
● Customer Responsibility: All activities are undertaken at the customer’s own risk. It is
your responsibility to assess your fitness and ability to participate in any activity offered
by Xtreme Water Sports.
● Restrictions: We strongly advise against participation for:
○ Pregnant women
○ Individuals with spine-related issues, heart disease, or other serious medical
conditions
○ Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs
● Liability Waiver: Xtreme Water Sports is not liable for any personal injury, loss,
damage, or theft of personal belongings during the course of the activity.
4. Safety Requirements
● Lifejackets: The use of lifejackets is mandatory for all participants in water sports
activities.
● Liability for Personal Effects: We are not responsible for any personal effects that are
damaged, lost, or stolen during any of our activities. Please leave valuable items at
home or in a secure location.
5. Behavioral Expectations
● Code of Conduct: All participants are required to maintain proper behavior during
activities. Misconduct, including but not limited to:
○ Offensive or inappropriate behavior
○ Possession of weapons
○ Excessive noise or disruption
● Will result in immediate expulsion from the activity without a refund.
● Prohibited Items: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in all activity areas and
boats.
6. Photography and Media
By participating in our activities, you acknowledge that Xtreme Water Sports may capture
photographs or videos during the experience, which could be used for marketing and
communication purposes. Should you prefer not to appear in any photos or recordings, we
kindly ask that you notify our team prior to the start of the activity.
7. Customer Service and Complaints
If you have any inquiries or complaints regarding your booking or experience, please contact
our customer service team using the details provided on our website. Complaints should be
reported on the day of the activity, and any follow-up must occur within seven (7) days of the
activity date. Xtreme Water Sports will address your concerns promptly.
8. Payment and Refund Policy
● Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through Checkout, our official
payment partner.
● Refunds: Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to
the activity. Refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity will not
be issued, except under special circumstances outlined in Section 2 (e.g., bad weather
or operational issues).
9. Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices listed on our website and booking invoices are exclusive of VAT. In accordance with UAE regulations, the applicable VAT will be added to the total amount at the time of payment. The final price will include all applicable taxes, and customers are responsible for paying the VAT in addition to the listed price.
10. Legal
● Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of these terms or your booking with Xtreme Water
Sports will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
● Liability: Xtreme Water Sports is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft
that occurs during any of our activities.
