Parasailing

It is a recreational water sport that is perfect for those who wish to soar across the skies. It doesn’t require much handling from a person; therefore, it is ideal for new to water activities. The experience is also relaxing and can give a person gorgeous panoramic views of Dubai.

A parasail is a unique parachute that is towed behind a boat. It rises due to the wind and speed, and while this part of the experience can give people an adrenaline rush, once up in the skies, it is calm and tranquil. Up to three people can be towed to one boat, making it also ideal for group activities. 

Jetskiing

A huge step up from parasailing when it comes to an adrenaline rush, jetskiing in Dubai is incredibly popular among locals and tourists. It allows a person to ride the waves and explore the vast expanse of the ocean. Offering a tremendous amount of control to the rider, it is suitable for those who enjoy taking charge of their watersport experience.

Jetskis are essentially machines capable of gliding across the water. It is commonly compared to driving a motorbike but over water bodies. People can control their travel direction, speed and even stop and start whenever they want to. There are two types of vehicles; the stand-up model and the sit-down model. The former is mainly for individual riders, while the latter can carry three people. 

Fly fishing

More affordable than the other choices in the list but still providing a sense of thrill and excitement is the Flyfish. It allows a person to fly across the wind and see the city skyline rush past them while safely strapped in place. In the activity, speedboats guide an E-shaped inflatable which the passengers will be strapped. It can take up to two people and be like riding a wild horse over water. 

Flyboarding

It is considered one of the most thrilling activities in Dubai. Many compare the experience to be like having superpowers, as it propels them forward from their feet. The water sport provides excellent views of the Dubai skyline.

The water activity involves one standing on top of a jetpack connected via a tube to a jetski or a boat that the instructor will be on. The instructor will control the pressure of the water being released from the jetpack and thus the height a ride will reach. So all a person needs to do is maintain their balance and decide the direction they want to go.
