Health and Safety

Safety Jacket Provided: Every participant will be equipped with a safety jacket to ensure their protection on the water.

Instructor

Guidance: Our experienced instructor will accompany you on the jet ski, guiding you along the designated route and ensuring your safety throughout the experience.

Comprehensive Safety Briefing: Before you begin, our instructor will conduct a thorough safety briefing, covering all essential safety measures.

Jet Ski Operation Training: The instructor will provide detailed instructions on how to operate the jet ski, ensuring you feel confident and prepared before setting off.

Customer Requirements

The minimum age for jet ski riding is 16 years; however, passengers aged 6 years and older can ride as passengers.

Customers are required to bring their original passport and Emirates ID.

Travellers with the following health conditions are not permitted:

– Pregnant women

– Individuals with heart conditions not cleared by their doctor

– Individuals with back issues are advised not to ride a jet ski

Booking Information

– Fill out the booking form with all the required information.

– Once your booking is confirmed, our sales team will email you or contact you on WhatsApp or call.

– Customers need to request a refund at least 24 hours before the booking time.

– In bad weather conditions, our team reserves the right to cancel the booking to ensure your safety. In this case, you can reschedule your booking or receive a full refund—no questions asked.
